  As with our gutter and dryer vent cleaning and junk removal Gutter Monkey has been providing lawn maintenance for our residentail and commercial clients for many years.

 

  Gutter Monkey Inc's approach to lawn maintenance is simple, straightforward and affordable.

 

Lawn Mowing

 Gutter Monkey will mow all lawn areas and remove cut grass from the property if required/requested.  The frequency of mowing will be determined by the customer to continue weekly or bi-weekly through the end of the season. Weekly Lawn Maintenance includes trimming, edging and blowing off.

 

Trimming & Pruning

 All shrubs on the property will be pruned and trimmed.  Small trees will be pruned and trimmed with dead branches removed.  All cuttings from this service will be removed from the property and hauled away, unless otherwise requested.

 

Spring / Fall Clean Up

  The  removal of all leaves and debris from your lawn and landscaping beds. Leaves and debris will be carted away for a small additional dumping fee, Left curbside or mixed into natural areas at customers prefrence / request.
